First, they are very easy. The second, is a brillaint source of protein and potassium. Without the addition of fat, flour or sugar. And they are naturally sweet.
You can serve them literally with everything: yogurt with honey, fruit, hot pepper, vanilla salt. As quick breakfast or snack after the gym. With afternoon tea instead of sandwiches.
Fried on a grill pan (or directly on the electric grill plate) can become a star for children party.
The genius lies in simplicity. 🙂
My grill pan is rather old and I can’t fry without fat. But, if your grill is good – I highly recommend to not using any fats.
I added also 0.5 tablespoons of ground flaxseed
1 tablespoon coconut oil – for greasing the pan (like flaxseed – optional)
Mix eggs and banana untill smooth.
If you will be adding flaxseed, mix it with bananas and eggs.
With teaspoon add mixture on the pan or grill and fry on both sides till golden.
